You have probably noticed several contractors walking around the Townhouse Area. The Board is working to make a list of the many needed repairs to the Townhouse properties, establish a priority list and then a plan to get the repairs completed.
You can help! Simply take a picture of any exterior area that needs repairs and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
. In the email please provide the address of the unit where the picture was taken. Landscaping pictures are not needed, this is already on the list. We are looking for damages to the building such as damaged siding, etc...

Currently the cost of insurance for the Townhouses has been paid by the Northpark Townhouse Association from the maintenance Assessment funds. This has resulted in insufficient funds to address the numerous needs of the Townhouse area.
Effective 01 January 2016, in accordance with Article VII-A, section 1, of he Declarations, the Townhouse Board will execute its option and bill each Townhouse Owner the premiums for insurance in respective to each owners square footage. The premium wll become due on the 1st day of each month with a 30 day grace period.

We understand there will be questions and concerns regarding this decision, however, the current state of the Townhouse area and the numerous maintenance needs, require this action.
